Cheney declared his delight at being nominated for the Republican vice-presidential nominee. He stated that Cheney is eager to work with a person who is able to be a team player with individuals of differing political opinions and who share the same goal. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941, the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13 years old He and his family moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming where his father headed his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's local conservation districts.
